This role places you in a fully air-conditioned, ultra-clean shop environment where your craftsmanship directly elevates custom living spaces. You will work alongside skilled artisans, honing your trade while delivering exceptional quality to our clients.Fabricate custom residential cabinetry and architectural millwork following exacting design specifications. Utilize advanced woodworking machinery and precise hand tools to shape, assemble, and finish components. Apply decorative wood veneers and work with varied hardwood species to achieve premium finishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment to support efficient daily operations. Collaborate closely with the shop team to ensure high craftsmanship and eliminate material waste. Inspect finished products rigorously to ensure they meet strict quality control standards prior to installation.Basic knowledge of hardwood fabrication techniques and standard shop tools. Familiarity with wood veneer application and hand tool operation. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment.4+ years of experience in residential cabinet making or custom woodworking. High School Diploma or GED.
