Job Description Overview: Provide administrative and customer support to patients and team members in a dental office setting.
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, verify appointments, manage multi-line phone systems, and answer inquiries.
Administrative & Financial Tasks: Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, process invoices, and assist with bookkeeping.
Office Operations: Coordinate office schedules, manage calendar entries, proofread documents, and keep office supplies stocked.
