Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30 PM

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with heavy lifting and working in cold storage conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve boxes and transport them to assigned trailers and trucks for loading and unloading.
• Assist with sorting, stacking, and palletizing materials for storage or outbound shipping.
• Stack, organize, and secure freight to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify shipment counts and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain a clean and organized dock, work area, and workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and turnaround time expectations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience building pallets.
• Previous experience stacking, loading, and unloading trailers required.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or loading dock operations preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting, typically 25–50 lbs., and occasionally more.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working in cold storage conditions, including freezer or cooler environments.
• Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
• Must follow BRC regulations. No food or drinks are allowed on the production floor.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to cross-train.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
