Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager who knows how to run a busy restaurant, lead a team, and take ownership of the overall operation.
You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly, the team is performing, costs are under control, and guests receive a great experience.
What You’ll Do
• Run the restaurant’s day to day operations
• Lead and develop managers and hourly employees
• Hire and train new team members
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling
• Review financial results and make adjustments to improve profitability
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and operating at a high standard
• Manage ordering and inventory levels
• Address performance issues and hold the team accountable
• Find ways to increase sales and improve the overall operation
• Help lead a successful opening and support future growth
What We’re Looking For
• At least 5 years of restaurant management experience
• 2+ years as a General Manager preferred
• QSR or high volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of restaurant costs, P&L, labor, food, and inventory
• ServSafe certification required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in a busy environment
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willing to travel for training when required
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to build a strong team
