What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage stable and high-risk newborns, including attending high-risk deliveries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Provide family-centered education and support
• Participate in onsite NEOS coverage for continuous neonatal care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Georgia RN license & Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years NICU or neonatal critical care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and family-centered care skills

Preferred:

• Leadership or mentorship experience in neonatal settings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
