Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator in Suwanee. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing projects from planning through production, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for customers in the rubber and plastics industry. In a Project Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports
Communicating project updates, risks, and action items to internal teams and leadership
Assisting with meetings, agendas, and follow-up on action items
Helping ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production goals
2+ years of project coordination or project support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
