You'll set the tone for every shift, coach with positivity, and ensure operational excellence while modeling our values of Integrity, Love, Courage, and Humility.Your Role Includes:Leading by Example: Be hands-on during every shift-jumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like.Coaching & Development: Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence.Operations Management: Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory.Decision-Making: Act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift. Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.Creating a Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, upbeat, high energy, positive, and team-oriented environment that motivates everyone to bring their best and creates high energy atmosphere for our guests.Responsibilities:Lead two Scooter's Coffee locationsCoach and develop Assistant Store Managers and team membersMaintain strong labor management and scheduling disciplineManage COGS, inventory systems, ordering, waste, and food cost controlsUphold cleanliness, speed, quality, and operational standardsBuild strong culture, accountability, and team moraleHire, onboard, train, and retain great peopleDrive consistency in customer experience and hospitalityMonitor KPIs, store performance, labor %, sales trends, and marginsHelp create systems and operational structure as we continue to growProblem solve quickly and operate with urgency and ownershipWho We're Looking For:Strong work ethic, positive attitude, high energyHighly relational people personNatural leader who can hold high standards while caring deeply about peopleOrganized and detail orientedComfortable managing multiple priorities and locationsStrong communicator with follow through and accountabilityWilling to lead from the front and roll up sleevesManagement experience in coffee, restaurant, or QSR requiredIf you are hungry, dependable, growth minded, and want to help build a high performing operation with strong culture, we would love to meet you!Who We Are: P410 Hospitality is an owner, developer, and operator of Scooter's Coffee locations in Arizona.
